So This week I have been seeing the term shine around a lot in the lead up to a conference to do with that and how God wants women to shine brightly.

But at the same time my heart aches and is heavy with things that try to darken my shine in representing him. It’s not hard to know what is causing darkness in your heart, it seems like I just get my heart all shinny and then someone tries to come and mess it up again. I feel like taking my heart of the table so that it doesn’t keep getting broken when it is not valued and maybe there is a time to recognise when God doesn’t you to keep putting up with things that are not healthy.

The thought on my heart at the moment is rejection. Where people don’t feel welcome, even though God says they are welcome. One of our basic human needs is for belonging, but I have had so many experiences that start out with belonging and then sooner or later I end up getting rejected and hearing the shake the dust off…

This experience seems to be more common for prophetic people from what I can see and I think the repeated experiences have given me a heart for those that keep finding themselves being knocked out by the enemies tactics to isolate them.

Well I will war with my words and turn his arrows back on him and break down that wall one brick at a time. One of the best medicines I have found for this is to dance and sing my way through it with God prophetically.

Being armed with understanding onto why this behavior happens is also beneficial so that the same tactics cant keep being used to torment us. Because I move around to different groups at various times I notice that if I go away and then come back into a community when I feel to I often experience difficulties in acceptance into that group of people. One of the things I think this might be to do with could be things like territorial spirits and also can be as simple as clicks that people develop that allow them to feel secure, but in the midst of any storm what is most important is to know that you are loved unconditionally by the father, regardless of what anyone else thinks you are beautiful.
